Local suppliers are always favoured, as long as the quality and of course price is right. East Yorkshire ingredients form the basis of our seasonal restaurant menus. Our skills in preparing, cooking, combining and presenting these flavours create the Beverley Tickton Grange style.
We enjoy many close working relationships with local producers and are always keen to further develop this area of our expertise and involvement. Our work with local producers and produce, their unique flavours and stories is set to develop and grow here at Beverley Tickton Grange.
