Planning your wedding at Tickton Grange
Your wedding with us, step by step…
Step 1: the question’s been popped – congratulations! Time to look at venues, as prime dates can book up anything up to two years in advance.
Step 2: your first visit to Beverley Tickton Grange, if you like what you see and hear it’s a £500 deposit to secure the date.
Step 3: your follow up visit with our experienced Wedding Coordinators to go through what you want to happen on the day. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you better and understand all your wishes and expectations.
Step 4: visit as often or as little as you like. We find that our couples often like to come to see other wedding set ups, giving them ideas and inspiration.
Your wedding timeline will look something like this:
6 weeks before your day: visit us to discuss the details, e.g. guest numbers, your menu choices, drinks packages and colour schemes etc.
4 weeks before your big day:
1. we will need your confirmed suite/guest bedroom allocation list
2. we will send you an estimated account for settlement
1 week before your big day: we will require confirmation of final numbers for both your wedding breakfast and evening party. Your final account will be based on these figures.
3-4 days before your big day: we will need to receive your table plan, place cards and prepared favours, etc. all to ensure that we have everything we need to dress your room just the way you want.
On the day: relax and enjoy… this is your moment, simply leave everything to us…
