When can we look round?
Our reception is open between 8.00am and 9.30pm daily and you can call in at your convenience. When you’re ready to chat through the detail with our wedding specialist please call us on 01964 543666.
When should we discuss menus?
We introduce our menus annually and hold prices (with the exception of VAT) throughout the year. As long as we know approximate numbers and times you can let us know any time up to six weeks before your wedding.
When do we need to finalise guest numbers?
Due to ordering and staffing we’ll ask you to confirm your final guest numbers, seating plan and the fine detail one week before your reception. Your final account will be based on this.
Who provides the flowers?
If you have more than forty guests we will provide an arrangement for the Rose Room fire place in complimentary colours. If you are getting married with us we provide vases of flowers to dress the ceremony room. Any additional flowers requested will be charged to you.
Can you supply a Toastmaster?
Yes, we’re happy to provide a Toastmaster to ensure the smooth running of your speeches with our compliments. Just let us know.
Can you help with evening entertainment?
Yes, of course. With bags of local contacts and experience we are happy to recommend entertainment for your evening celebrations. If you are booking your own entertainment please ensure they do not bring along smoke machines as they set off our fire alarms!
Can we offer our guests alcoholic favours?
We are sorry, but we do not allow any bottles of alcohol as favours.
Can we have fireworks or Chinese Lanterns?
In consideration of safety we do not allow fireworks or Chinese lanterns.
Could we offer wedding cake instead of a dessert?
It is not our policy to offer wedding cake as an alternative to a dessert.
Is there plenty of parking available?
Yes, easy and plentiful!
